WATJazz presents W. Allen Taylor

Jazz vocalist W. Allen Taylor performs with a quartet of stellar musicians at the historic Takoma Station Tavern, known for showcasing some of the D.C. area's finest musical talent. Former winner of the San Francisco Bay Area's "Jazz Search West Competition", Taylor combines originality with a style reminiscent of the golden age of jazz singing, with vocal influences that include Al Jarreau, Betty Carter and Nat King Cole. Come and experience the great vibes, food and drink of this treasured venue, and an evening of marvelous music that will celebrate the jazz vocal tradition. And they WILL be swingin'!!
