The Waterwell Drama Program graduating class of 2025 presents "King John," a play by Shakespeare, directed by James Dean Palmer.
About this Event

John was never supposed to be king. But after the death of his abusive brother, John finds himself with all the power…and all of the responsibility. John struggles to hold together a world that is falling apart while constantly having to prove that he’s the legitimate King. John befriends Philipa, a woman who’s had to fight her whole life for what little she has. The two of them tackle the world head on until John takes it too far Philipa must weigh her conscience against her loyalty. With dark humor, fast action, and rare finesse, King John asks questions about who has power and who gets to call themselves “legitimate”.
