Create your own attractive garden using water-saving, native plants!
This session is designed for beginners who want to learn how to navigate the San Antonio Water System (SAWS) Water Saver Program and create a thoughtful plan for their new garden of native plants.
In this hands-on workshop, you'll receive an introduction to the various water-saving tools and incentives offered by SAWS, including rebates, coupons and best practices for sustainable landscaping. You'll also have the opportunity to sketch a design for your own yard, taking into account water-efficient plants and features to create a beautiful, eco-friendly outdoor space. Whether you’re starting from scratch or reimagining an existing landscape, this session will help you take the first steps toward a greener, more water-conscious yard.
