This class teaches you how to experiment with water colours to create a beautiful piece of art.This is one of a series of 10 art classes planned for this year taught by the lovely Karen. Each class will cover a different media or topic in a fun and relaxed way.
This class is aimed at a wide range of levels and ages so it doesn’t matter if you’re a complete beginner or an experienced artist. You can book individual classes for £17.
Karen will be teaching mono-printing, pencil drawing, watercolour experimenting, lino printing, oil pastel drawing, gouache experimenting, gelli printing, chalk pastel drawing, acrylic painting and mixed media on a series of Saturdays between April and September.
Children are welcome but the classes are recommended for ages 8 and up and they must be accompanied by an adult who has also purchased a ticket. Accompanying adults are expected to join in the class and also produce some beautiful art work.
There are 12 spaces available in each class. One place costs £17pp, or you can book a block of 3 classes for £40 or 5 classes for £57. This includes all materials plus refreshments (hot drinks, squash or water and a slice of cake or biscuits).
