WATERCOLOR WORKSHOP FOR BEGINNING AND INTERMEDIATE ARTISTS

Join us for a comprehensive Watercolor Workshop for Beginning and Intermediate Artists led by instructor Ione Angilan. This workshop series is designed to introduce a variety of watercolor techniques, applicable to any artistic subject matter. Each session, Ione will demonstrate the techniques and then provide guidance and monitoring as students practice.

• Saturday, October 12th: 12:30 PM - 3:30 PM

What you will need:

Watercolor Brushes: Rounds with a good point: No.3,5,7,9, Flats (also called “wash” brushes): anything up to 2 inches wide), small natural sponge, paper towels or napkins, mixing tray.

Watercolors: Prang Watercolor set for the TRUE beginner. (Anything cheaper than Prang is NOT watercolor, it is tempera and will not work.) Tube watercolors are also fine. Two water containers, one small and one gallon paint bucket. Newspaper to cover the tables. lap board, watercolor block, or individual watercolor sheets 18x24 in. 140 lb., blue painters tape to hold down paper.
