In this class you will learn some techniques to use art making as a way to reduce stress and anxiety. The focus is on the student's enjoyment and progress toward relaxing into the art making experience and not the product that is made. All supplies are provided for this class.
The first 5 people to register will receive a free goody bag of mental wellness resources.
$25 if registered by May 20

This class is a good fit for those looking to add more relaxation into their lives or therapists looking to learn about creative activities to do in session with clients.
While the class is therapeutic, it is not meant to be a substitution for therapy.
The class is geared for teens and adults. Younger students admitted at the teacher's discretion.
Minimum 4 students. Maximum 10 students.
Class is held at 9th Street Studios: 920 9th St. on the second floor. Students must be able to walk up and down a flight of stairs.
