Watercolor Painting Class (Ages 12 & Up)

Whether you're picking up a paintbrush for the first time or looking to build on your existing skills, this 4-week hands-on watercolor experience is designed for both beginners and more experienced artists. With limited enrollment, each student receives personalized instruction in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Join artist Michael Mikolon for "Watercolor Wednesday Nights," a four-week creative journey held in his private studio at the Warehouse Artist Lofts in downtown Sacramento. Students will learn essential watercolor techniques, including color mixing, values, brush control, washes, composition, and creating light and depth. Through guided demonstrations and one-on-one instruction, you'll complete beautiful paintings while developing the confidence to continue painting on your own.

The intimate studio setting provides a unique opportunity to learn in a working artist's creative space while enjoying a welcoming, inspiring atmosphere.
