Local Artist Sandy Shults will demonstrate and instruct members on water coloring techniques. Participates will create their own Tulip Watercolor Picture to take home. $10.00 fee for supplies. Guests are welcome. Please RSVP to Jan Baker by phone or email by Saturday, April 20th.
