Start with this class on step-by-step instructions on how to participate in the City of Spokane's lawn removal program and qualify for rebates.This is part one of an 8-part workshop every Wednesday, March through April, on water-wise practices presented by the City of Spokane Water Department. If you usually attend the Garden4You monthly meetings, this will serve as March's meeting!
