Ever wondered how the clean, crisp water from your tap makes its journey from source to sink? The Ames Water and Pollution Control Department invites you to dive into the fascinating world of water treatment at its open house!
Saturday, April 19 from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Those with mobility issues or who prefer a quieter environment can attend a modified open house from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m.

1800 E. 13th St.
Overflow parking is available at the Iowa Heart Center and Childserve Childcare Center, just north of the plant. A shuttle bus will transport visitors to and from the parking lots to ensure safe and easy access across 13th Street.
