Florida Aquatics Swimming & Training (FAST) is excited to partner with the USA Swimming Foundation to make Marion County water safe! Following the Kimberly’s Center 5K Race Against Child Abuse in Calesa Township, join us for a family-fun day at Florida Aquatics Swimming & Training (FAST) to enjoy our pools and learn essential water safety techniques on Saturday, April 27, 2024, from 10 AM-12 PM. This event is free and open to the public.Attendees are invited to learn and engage about water safety techniques with booths from Marion County Fire Rescue, Marion County Sheriff's Office, AdventHealth, FAST, and the United States Navy. 2020 US Olympic Bronze Medalist and 20-time NCAA All-American Swimmer Natalie Hinds will also attend to emphasize the importance of water safety and sign autographs. After learning about the importance of water safety from our community booths, attendees are invited to explore our facility and interactive spray ground!
