This special class combines the ancient tradition of expressing our heartfelt desire for a brighter future through with the practice of yoga. On Aug 24th, we are taking our paddleboard yoga class to the Water Lantern Festival. Not only will be practicing yoga on a paddleboard. Our boards will be coloful illuminated with bright LEDs. The Watern lantern Festival plus Paddleboard Yoga is a powerful combination of healing forces from water and yoga. Those forces may sooth and restore our emotions and mind, while rejuvenating and relaxing our body.On the day of the event, you'll check-in at the gate and receive your customizable lantern. You can then find us on the shore, by our bright yellow boards. We'll lounge for a bit as we customize our lanterns to reflect our individual dreams, desires, prayers or intentions. Bring your appetite as there will be yummy food vendors. Next, we'll paddle out to anchor then practice gentle yoga. We will then join the community in the lantern launch. It will be a magical site. The best part is being able to enjoy it from the lake on paddleboards, as each lantern floats by, carrying everyone's heartfelt expressions.
