A hands on workshop where you'll learn everything you need to know about making your own water kefir with an overview of the whole process from start to finish. No previous experience necessary!

What is water kefir? It's a lightly fermented naturally carbonated drink made from sugar, water, fruits and water kefir grains/crystals, also known as tibicos.
