Water Bath Canning: Strawberry Preserves and Onion Relish

NOTE: Advance registration is required for this workshop.

Enjoy the taste of homemade strawberry preserves and onion relish canned in your own kitchen. This class will teach the basics of water bath canning procedures. For your safety, we ask that you wear closed-toe shoes and pull back any long hair. This is a "hands-on" class, so feel free to bring an apron to protect your clothing.
