Learn about water bath canning, the equipment needed, and how to make homemade jams and jellies. Strawberry jalapeño jam will be made.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a non-refundable $25.00 registration fee per individual for this workshop. All attendees MUST complete a Waiver UF Participant Consent, Release and Waiver of Liability to participate in this class. The form will be available upon arrival to the event.
