Water Bath and Pressure Canning

This hands-on experience will focus on two canning methods, water bath and pressure canning. You will be able to take your food home, so please bring a box with you as the jars will still be hot.

Materials are provided in class. Space is limited to 8 people, one ticket per person. Must pay in advance before registration ends on May 9 at 5 pm. Cash or check is also accepted.

If the class is full, please register for our waitlist. Each entry on the waitlist equals one ticket.

NOTE: Classes and events may be canceled at any time due to low registration or other circumstances, with full refunds issued for paid events. Similar classes or events often are offered on future dates.
