About This Workshop:

Join us for a deeply nourishing 2 hour Reiki and Restorative Yoga Nidra Workshop designed to bring balance, calm and renewal to body, mind and spirittive yoga. We’ll begin with gentle restorative postures supported by props, allowing the body to release tension and the nervous system to settle into a state of deep rest.
Throughout the session Reiki energy will be shared to promote healing and energetic harmony of the seven main chakras guided by the five Reiki Principles: Just for today, I will not anger. Just for today, I will not worry. Just for today, I will work hard (meditative practice).
Just for today, I will be kind.
Just for today, I will be grateful.
You will learn the Level 1 Reiki hand positions for self healing to incorporate into your home practice and serenaded by the sound bowls for the final Savasana. Whether you are new to restorative practice or a seasoned practitioner, this workshop offers a peaceful sanctuary to pause, reconnect , and leave feeling, grounded, refreshed, and aligned.

About your instructor Lisbeth:

Lisbeth Lippert is a Certified Reiki Master in the Usui Lineage, Advanced Yoga and Meditation Teacher/Art of Attention ~ Elena Brower, Sound Bath Practitioner/Tibetan and Crystal bowls, Drum carrier, and Doula.
She creates nurturing spaces where Reiki, Yoga and Sound weave together with your inner wisdom that balances your energy through the chakra system of Eastern healing and kick-starts your own natural healing ability.
Her offerings are rooted in compassion, intuition, and a belief in the subtle bodies innate ability to heal stress and dis-ease.
