Waste No More Compliance Guide for HOAs

Are you a member of an HOA looking to understand how your community must comply with Denver's new Waste No More ordinance? CAP Management is excited to host an informative and engaging event for Denver HOA members looking to understand the City's new Universal Recycling & Composting ordinance.

We will discuss what it means for you, how to comply, and what steps your multifamily building must take as we transition towards a zero-waste future.

During the first hour of the event, experts from the City of Denver, CAP Management, and local businesses will provide education about the Waste No More ordinance. During the second hour, HOA members will have the chance to personally meet various vendors in the composting & recycling industry. There will be representatives from the City's Climate Action, Sustainability & Resiliency Department.

🕒 Time: 4-6pm. 1 hour of educational content followed by 1 hour of meet-and-greets for with recycling & composting vendors.

📍 Location: HYBRID: Online & at The Alliance Center, 1536 Wynkoop St., Denver, CO 80202

Only the first hour will be available virtually. The second hour will be meet-and-greets with vendors and is only available in person.
