Celebrate one of the most cherished traditions in New Braunfels... Wassailfest!Wassail is a traditional German holiday beverage consisting of a warm spiced apple drink, with cranberry juice, orange juice and other spices and flavors. It may contain alcohol (leaded) or not (unleaded). Many Downtown businesses and local nonprofits will be Wassail Stops and serve samples of their wassail. Several non-profit food vendors will be set up on the main plaza and serve food. Local school choirs will also sing carols around Downtown.
