We’re actively hiring roles across multiple branches, including Stadium (Ann Arbor), Chelsea, and Plymouth, with a primary focus on Member Experience Associate (MEA) positions.
About the role
Member Experience Associates are the frontline ambassadors of Lake Trust. In this role, you will greet members, listen for their needs, act as a financial coach, open deposit accounts, recommend products and services, and support daily branch operations, all while working collaboratively to deliver an exceptional member experience.
