✨ FREE Community Event featuring local live music and food trucks.
CARNIVAL at the Shell is the most visually and theatrically charged night of the Washington Park Wednesdays season. From Professor Pinkerton & Friends on the grass level to Los Mitoteros closing with full-scale Latin spectacle, the night is designed to be experienced with all five senses.

Washington Park Wednesdays continues to evolve as a platform for workforce development, accessibility, and neighborhood connection — offering more than a concert series.
• Through an ongoing collaboration with The New State, young creatives gain hands-on experience in live production, sound engineering, and artist management at every event.
• In partnership with the Center for Independence (CFI), free meals are provided to youth and families at each event.
• Washington Park Wednesdays remains the only free concert series in Milwaukee to offer American Sign Language interpretation at every performance.
