The Washington Educational and Cultural Attache Association welcomes you to our Fall meeting where the focus will be on soft power. Along with our host, The Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center, we look forward to collaborating with you to discover all the special ways that we can bring more visibility to your embassy and your country.
