We are excited to welcome our Members & Non-Members to our first networking event of the year! Now that COVID has passed and the events world is opening, we are welcoming everyone to a safe environment to network and educate about industry. So, register today and join us! This event is open to Members & Non-Members in the surrounding Washington DC Area (Northern Virginia, DC, Maryland-Baltimore) area. (MAXIMUM 50-PERSONS FOR THIS EVENT).
Individuals attending the event will have to provide proof of vaccination record or negative COVID test (conducted within 72-hours of event) for entry to the event. NO EXCEPTIONS. Bring documentation with you to the event.
NO ONSITE REGISTRATION. ALL ATTENDEES MUST PRE-REGISTER. REGISTRATION DEADLINE – JULY 6TH.

SPEAKER:
André Wells is the Founder and CEO of Events by André Wells (EAW) LLC, a highly sought after full service event planning firm in Washington, D.C. responsible for creating cutting edge productions.
Wells is recognized as one of the most creative and revered event planners in
the country, making him and his team of event professionals premiere tastemakers of the industry. Wells’ productions have been featured and syndicated across major networks and cited in numerous print and digital publications which include but are not limited to, Vogue, Martha Stewart Weddings, Ebony, and Capitol File.
EAW is invested in producing high caliber, avant-garde events which cater to top-tier brands and high profile clientele. Some of his clients include The Walt Disney Company, BET Networks, AT&T, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, Comcast NBC Universal, FedEx, CNN, members of the White House Administration, The National Museum of African American History and Culture, the Smithsonian Museum of African Art, Essence Magazine, Jack and Jill of America, Stevie Wonder, Robert L. André Wells resides in Washington, D.C. with his wife and twelve year old son.

Larz Anderson House…Completed in 1905 for Ambassador Larz Anderson and his wife, Isabel, the exquisite property was left to the Society in 1938 and serves as its headquarters today. Our marble-lined spaces accommodate a variety of functions, from large cocktail gatherings to intimate dinners and dances. The Gilded Age house museum also makes a perfect backdrop for wedding portraiture. Consider the holiday season for your event at Anderson House—decorated with a grand tree in the Ballroom and poinsettia and garland-festooned architectural details throughout the house. We also welcome daytime rental events, including luncheons and meetings, at special rates.
