Warsztat będzie poświęcony terapii dolnego odcinka kręgosłupa.
W trakcie praktyki przejdziemy przez etapy rozluźnienia, rozciągnięcia i wzmocnienia. Będziemy pracować tak, by prawidłowo ustawić ciało w asanach ze szczególną uwagą na tę część kręgosłupa.
