Centrum Jogi Namaste zaprasza na trzydniowy warsztat z bardzo doświadczonym nauczycielem metody Iyengara – Stephane’em Lalo.
🧘♂️ O PROWADZĄCYM
Stephane Lalo praktykują jogę Iyengara od 1973 roku To nauczyciel w stopniu Advance Junior 3 z ogromnym doświadczeniem, długoletni uczeń B.K.S. Iyengara i Geety Iyengar. Prowadzi Centre de Yoga Iyengar de Marseille, znany z pogłębionego podejścia do praktyki i integracji fizycznych, mentalnych oraz filozoficznych aspektów jogi.
Warsztat będzie tłumaczony na język polski z francuskiego przez Jarosława Przeczewskiego.

IYENGAR YOGA WORKSHOP FOR REGULAR PRACTITIONERS (MIN. 3 YEARS OF PRACTICE) AND TEACHERS
Centrum Jogi Namaste warmly invites you to a three-day Iyengar Yoga workshop with Stéphane Lalo – founder of the Centre de Yoga Iyengar de Marseille and certified Advanced Junior III teacher.
This is a unique opportunity to study with one of Europe’s most respected senior Iyengar Yoga teachers, whose approach integrates deep technical precision, sensitivity, and the philosophical dimensions of yoga.
🧘♂️ ABOUT THE TEACHER
Stéphane Lalo is the founder and certified teacher of Iyengar Yoga at the Advanced Junior III level. He has been practicing yoga since 1973, and since 1985 has devoted himself entirely to the Iyengar method.
A direct student of B.K.S. Iyengar and Geeta Iyengar from the RIMYI Institute in Pune, he brings over five decades of study and practice to his teaching.
After completing studies in osteopathy and spending extensive time in India, Stéphane founded the Centre de Yoga Iyengar de Marseille in 1996. He has been training teachers and conducting workshops in France and abroad for many years. His teaching combines clarity, depth, and precision with warmth and compassion.
Classes are conducted in French and English.
The workshop will be translated into Polish.

This workshop is open to students with at least 3 years of regular Iyengar Yoga practice and to certified teachers.

1200 PLN – regular price
1140 PLN – members of the Iyengar Yoga Association
1080 PLN – certified members (CM)

Please bring your own yoga mat, belt, and two blocks.
Other props (blankets, bolsters, bricks) will be provided by the organizer.
