For March 2023, we have our first full-length book in some time: "Just Kids" by Patti Smith.
"Just Kids" is a memoir, documenting the author's relationship with fellow artsy person Robert Mapplethorpe.
Almost all of our club's books are selected by some sort of vote, but this is a rare exception, because it was recommended with unparalleled enthusiasm by 3 book club attendees independently of each other (unless there's some sort of conspiracy going on..?), and I can't just ignore such an amazing convergence of opinion.
