Sun Feb 12 2023 at 06:30 pm to 08:30 pm
Centre of You | Melbourne, VI
About this Event
An intimate 2-hour journey with the intention to remember your true essence and reclaim your divine sovereignty.
About this experience:
This journey is a collaboration of unique gifts, from both Solana and Dennis, weaved together to create a powerful and unique experience.
Dennis Gray will be facilitating Asana, pranayama (breath-work), kriya (kundalini) meditation with sound and a unique medicine (Dragon Ormus) which he creates himself, to activate, release, remember and integrate.
Solana will then take you into a grounding meditation in which she will weave her ancient sounds for you to immerse in and journey deeper. The potency of sound and song medicine will allow you to open and soften fully into your experience, into your Being and integrate what has been illuminated for you on a cellular level.
This journey is ignited and supported by the medicines of Sacred Dragon Ormus, a unique mineral supplement that elevates consciousness and is said to repair DNA and decalcify the pineal gland bringing about heightened states of awareness.

About your facilitators:
Dennis Gray -
Dennis is a certified Reiki Master, Past/After-life Regression facilitator and a yoga, breathwork, kriya (kundalini) and meditation instructor. Through these healing medicines Dennis holds space guiding you to reaching an elevated state of consciousness in these unique ceremonies.
Dennis is divinely guided to make ancient celestial medicine (Dragon Ormus) and offers potent and unique ceremonial experiences which are shared with all of the gifts given through his lived experiences and personal journeys of self evolution.
Solana The Artist -
Through the universal language of sound and her own unique expression of it, Solana invokes a range of raw emotions that inspire a softening into an elevated state of consciousness, allowing her audience to access ancient memories that are embedded in the body and soul as they immerse in her ethereal song.
Solana's intuitively weaved creations are a blend of ancient Middle Eastern inspired calls, primal/often non-linguistic vocal expressions, and world instruments.
She inspires and empowers people from all over the world to re-ignite their own natural voices, and often weaves this reclamation of voice into her ceremonial offerings, performances & concerts as she is very passionate about the powers and potential that our own soundings hold. Solana wholeheartedly believes that our voices liberated and united can have a massive impact on changing the vibration of this world.
We are looking forward to taking you on this nourishing journey and hold you as we witness your unravelling and unfolding.

Centre of You has plenty of bolsters, blankets, and cushions for you to get cosy with though feel free to bring any personal items that may afford you a sense of greater comfort and familiarity.
You will be invited to sit/lay upon the floor so loose clothing that enables easeful, light movement and deep breathing will serve you most supportively. There are chairs available should you need or desire one.
Arrival: Endeavour to arrive between 6:15pm - 6:30pm. To preserve the experience for all involved, doors will close at 6:30pm sharp. Truly, it breaks our heart to have to turn latecomers away yet the disruption to the whole group experience by virtue of lateness does require management. We ask that you find understanding and consideration for the timebound nature of the container and make every effort to arrive on time.
Driving: Know Centre of You is on Chapel St and ample time to find a car spot is best to be factored into your plans. Park direct on Chapel St (spots unmetered after 5pm) or in Anchor Place, the open-air parking lot in the side street that runs opposite Centre of You (unmetered after 4pm).
Public transport - tram: Both the number 6 tram & 78 tram stop on the corner of High St/Chapel St. This is stop 31 on the number 6 tram (Moreland/Glen Iris) & stop 45 on the number 78 tram (North Richmond/Balaclava).
Public transport - train: Both Prahran & Windsor stations along the Sandringham Line will get you walking distance to Centre of You.
Finding Centre of You: Centre of You is nestled within the arcade that Chapel St Bazaar is in (217 Chapel St). It is up a flight of stairs with a wide landing at the half-way-point. Unfortunately, this current version of Centre of You does not have a wheelchair accessible lift. If you could use support in getting up the stairs or would like to discuss ways to make your experience at Centre of You more comfortable, please reach out via [email protected] or via DM over on Centre of You Instagram.
