Warriors Challenge
This show is geared for the inexperienced / aspiring strongman or just any other jacked individual that would like to try their hand at this type of competition. If you are or think you are abnormally strong, fit, athletic or just want to compete against your buddies while drinking some beer and enjoying some good food we got the competition for you.
At Rogue Alpha Athletics events we take pride in providing an environment for you to test your limits doing something new or mentoring new lifters into the community.

Car Deadlift: Athlete will begin at the command of go from your judge. You will lift the implement until you are standing straight with hips at full extension. The judge will then motion and give you the command of down. This completes your rep. Score is max reps in one minute. All accessories allowed no tacky.

Connan Wheel: At the command of go you will pick up the Connan Wheel implement and begin walking with it in the crease of your arm. Your score will be the total number of feet the implement moved. You are allowed one drop within the first 10 feet. Distance is measured every 5 feet. You are not allowed to place implement on your shoulders. Grip shirts are allowed no tacky.

Car Pull: While wearing a harness you will pull the vehicle forward 100ft as fast as possible. Distance is measured from your starting position until you cross the 100ft mark not the vehicle.

Medley: TBA

Hooter Hold: At the command of go you will hold the grip implement as long as possible. Once you let go the hold is over. Chalk is allowed. No tacky.

We will be running multiple lifts at a time to consolidate time. Timelines are subject to change. There will also be a cool down room inside the building for athletes to cool down between lifts. The outdoor patio area is reserved for spectators. Waitresses will be on site to take care of your drinking and food needs. Be sure to show some love when tipping. (we will be taking up a lot of space that could be new tables for them)
