Warrior Women is an empowerment and self-defense class that is taught by women, for women only. The program consists of two courses. The beginner's session covers:Awareness Training

The cost for this beginner's 8 week session is $175. The next session will start Thursday, September 11, 2025 and run through Oct. 30, 2025. The class is held from 6:00-7:00pm each Thursday.
