Most men carry more than they ever speak. Pressure. Rage. Responsibility. The constant demand to hold it all together while the world tells them to shrink.

Warrior Breath is a 90 minute guided breathwork rite created to give men the one thing they rarely get: a safe space to feel, release, and reclaim their power.

This session blends Wim Hof style breathing, Sonic Neural activation, and intuitive free form breathwork that responds to the energy of the room. It’s intense by design. It can surface suppressed emotion, open the heart, and reconnect you to the strength you forgot you had.

• Deep guided breath sequences that push past the mind and into raw truth
