Becoming a takedown machine does not happen by accident. Understanding the neutral position and being able to chain wrestle will allow you to make huge gains on your competition. The Compound believes in a POSITION BASED SYSTEM OF WRESTLING. This camp covers everything from simple footwork and movement to detailed set ups and tactics to score from inside the tie or from an open space situation.
After we explore scoring at will from the neutral position, we will tie in all the opportunities to transition into a turning sequence on top. Learning the crucial breakdowns and rides that will set up any turn right after you score from your feet will boost your competitive mindset while growing into a complete wrestler.

When: Jne 18th & 19th / 9AM-3:00PM / 3 sessions each day
