The annual Warren County Junior Firefighter Competition is the primary fundraiser for the Warren County Junior Firefighters Program.About this Event
The Warren County Junior Firefighter Competition was started in 2011 with mostly local junior firefighter teams. Now thirteen years later, almost 40 teams from18 North Carolina counties and six states have participated in this seminal event, earning the Competition the moniker "North Carolina's Biggest Junior Firefighter Competition!"
Every year over150 teenaged firefighters attend the Warren County Junior Firefighter Competition plus their advisors, chaperones, parents, family, friends, and adult firefighters, as well as local spectators and fans.
The Competition lasts all day from 8:00 in the morning until late in the afternoon. Held the last Saturday in April annually (April 29, 2023).

PROCEEDS — The Warren County Junior Firefighters Program is a non-profit, self-supporting organization sponsored by the Warren County Firemen’s Association and is a member of the National Volunteer Fire Council which administers the National Junior Firefighter Program (NJFP).
This Warren County Junior Firefighter Competition is the primary fundraiser for the Warren County Junior Firefighters Program. Proceeds go directly towards its administrative, operational, and training expenses.
