WarmLine FRC Caregiver Retreat - March 22, 2025 9AM-3PM

Join WarmLine for a day of nourishment for your mind and soul. This retreat is for parents/caregivers of children with special needs ages 3-22 residing in Sacramento, Yolo, Placer, El Dorado, Alpine and Nevada Counties.

Jenny McGlothern, certified Transformational Master Life Coach, Retreat Leader and Author has been helping women, men, couples and teens create meaningful transformation since 2010.

In her recent book, Mama Needs a Refill: Finding Light in the Midst of Madness, she invites the reader to discover their personal fuel to support them in their caretaking. Mother of two young adult children she understands the stress, overwhelm and challenges of being a parent and is excited to offer you support, guidance and wisdom on your parenting journey.
