This moving meditation will integrate the flow style of vinyasa at a deliberate, more intentional pace that is designed to still the mind and deepen the connection to the breath. You can expect the traditional aspects from a Hatha asana class such as breath work (pranayama), meditation (dharana), and a gentle yet challenging physical (asana) practice, all while building internal heat to balance body, mind, and soul.
