Join Beth Nenortas for this Warm Chakra Healing Yin Yoga experience will include deep stretching in order to open up the 7 Chakras and relieve tension in the fascia. Chakras are spiritual energy centers within the body. Often these energy centers can become misaligned, causing physical or emotional issues. Through certain meditation techniques, and through certain yoga asanas, or poses, one can help to align their chakras. All poses will incorporate opening each chakra.
