This event will be using the Chapter Approved 2025-2026 deck for all missions and secondaries. Players are required to have a copy of the cards or access to the Tabletop Battles app to access the rules. Missions, deployment and special rules will be set by the tournament organiser each round. Players will be able to choose if they would prefer to used fixed or tactical secondaries.
Teams for this event will consist of 4 players. Teams will be allowed to bring a coach who is unable to play or give advice on decisions that players should make during their games, but they are allowed to help teams with pairings and communicate information to players as to how their teammates are doing during the round.
Event cost will be $200 per team. Tickets will be sold on a per team basis.
There are 8 team spots available for this event.
Farrow Sandwiches will be provided for lunch. If you have any dietary concerns, please reach out to the tournament organizer at [email protected] no later than one week before the event.
Important Dates
· September 6: Deadline for approval of conversions and cutoff for new rules. Rules released after this date will not be in effect for this event.
· September 15: Last day for list submission. Lists must be submitted by 11:59 pm on this day
· September 20: The event!!

· Round 1: 9:00-12:15
· Lunch: 12:15-1:00
· Round 2: 1:00-4:15
· Round 3: 4:30-7:45
· Awards: 8:00
Army Composition Rules
Each player will make a 2000 point army built using the matched play rules found in the Warhammer 40,000 10th edition rulebook.
Each team cannot include models from a single codex in more than one of their armies. This includes the use of Allies. For example, if one player is using Chaos Daemons as their primary army. Other team members cannot include any models from the Chaos Daemons Codex.
Pairing Process
Team A and Team B secretly choose their defender and reveal them simultaneously. After that, Team A and Team B secretly choose their two attackers for the given defender and reveal them simultaneously.
Team A takes the two attackers given by Team B and secretly chooses which one to refuse. Team B does the same thing with the two attackers from Team A. Teams reveal their choices simultaneously and the defenders pair off with their chosen opponents.
The attackers that were refused by each team will then be paired against one another.
