40k LABOUR DAY MONDAY MEGA-BATTLE
Come down and join in on this massive game of Warhammer 40,000 -- what ELSE are you going to do on the holiday Monday??!

POINTS LIMIT: 1000pt Armies (specifics below)
TIME: 10:45 - 4:45
ENTRY FEE: $15
ARMY SIZE: 1200
PLAYER LIMIT: 12 Players
**ARMY LIST SUBMISSION DEADLINE: SEPTEMBER 5**
Your army list should also include detailing what's in your Initial Deployment wave and the Battle Round Two reinforcement wave and the Battle Round Three reinforcement wave.
SNACKS: will be provided by Imaginary Wars and served part-way through the day (contact us about any dietary restrictions)
ARMY LIMITS AND COMPOSITION RULES
• Players will field armies of up to 1200 points
• Armies will be built using up to three Detachment points
• Players must include at least one character who is designated as that army's Warlord.
• No epic heroes.
• Your army must include at least one unit that is infantry and not characters.
• UNITS MUST BE TOUGHNESS 10 OR LESS
• Enhancements are allowed.
• All other standard List building rules for a Warhammer 40,000 11th Edition Matched-Play Game apply.
NACHMUND DEPLOYMENT WAVES RULES
Players' 1,200 point armies are constructed to be split into 3 Arrival Waves:
- Initial Deployment
- Battle Round 2 Reinforcements
- Battle Round 3 Reinforcements
The Initial Deployment and the Round 2 and Round 3 Reinforcement waves MUST be divided in one of the following three ways:
**700pts / 250pts / 250pts**
or
**600pts / 300pts / 300pts**
or
**500pts / 350pts / 350pts**
**NO WAVE IS ALLOWED TO GO OVER THEIR STATED POINTS LIMIT**
(This does mean that, quite likely, most players will be fielding an army below 1200 points)
Reinforcements arrive on Battle Rounds 2 and 3 and are placed on their table edge at the end of that side's Command Phase.
Deep Striking *is* allowed but follow the Megabattle Mishap rules (based on the Nachmund Gauntlet Crusade rules and will be provided on the game day)
**PROXIES & 3D PRINTED MODELS**
- Models must be Games Workshop models
- Straight-up proxies (as in: "these Firstborn Space Marines are going to be my Votann" etc) is NOT allowed.
- 3D Printed models are not allowed.
- More inspired and THEMATIC proxies *can* be allowed, so long they are NOT 3D printed models. These will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and the player must contact Imaginary Wars prior to the event.
*WYSIWYG MODELS*
What You See Is What You Get means all models have their primary weapon appropriately modelled on the miniature.
**CONVERSIONS & 3D-PRINTED BITZ**
Conversions are welcome, but the core of the model must still be a GW model and the model should still be representative of the rules being used for that model.
3D-printed accessories are acceptable for conversions if the rest of the model follows the ethos that they are being added to a GW model (more than two-thirds of the model is a proper GW miniature).
