🪖 ARMY GUIDELINES
What to Bring:
• Full army
• Dice (physical only, no apps)
• Tape measure
• Official rules (physical or digital copy; Wahapedia not allowed)
• Fully charged device if using digital rules
• Secondary mission deck & challenge cards (Tabletop Battles App optional, but physical deck required)
• Wound markers (GW Wound Trackers or 10-sided dice recommended)
• Laser pointer or Line of Sight tool (recommended)
• Display tray or rolling cart
Note: Wounds must be marked clearly as “Wounds Remaining.”
Army Building Rules:
• 2000 points or less
• Use “Muster Armies” (Core Rules pp. 55–56)
• Rosters locked once submitted
• Games Workshop and any updated legal list builder (not Battlescribe)
• Must be the most current version at submission
• Forge World units allowed (no Titans)
• No Units of Legend or Fortifications
• Must have official index/codex copies

📖 EVENT RULES
Rounds: 3 rounds, 3 hours each (+5 minutes pairing)
Missions: 10th Edition Matched Play 25–26 Tournament Companion
Clocks optional, only with judge approval
Game Timing Guide:
• Pre-Game Setup – 5 minutes
• Deployment – 10 minutes
• Turn 1 – 20 minutes
• Turn 2 – 20 minutes
• Turn 3 – 15 minutes
• Turn 4 – 10 minutes
• Turn 5 – 10 minutes
Painting, Modeling, Composition:
• Minimum primed for paint points
• Must be WYSIWYG
• 3rd-party/conversions allowed if they match silhouette, size, base, and equipment
• Proxies not allowed
• Approval requests (with photos) must be posted in Discord by October 16, 2025

🚨 PENALTIES
Pre-Event:
• Late list = -10 points and Yellow Card
• If event is full and list is missing → spot forfeited to waitlist
• Formatting errors must be fixed before lists go public (no penalty)
• Illegal lists = immediate penalty, judge correction, possible extra penalties if advantage gained
Event:
• Official Warning = no points lost
• Yellow Card = -10 points
• Red Card = -100 points + removal from event
Red Card also = automatic 1-year ban minimum (may escalate to lifetime ban)
Judges will allow games to finish; penalties applied after the round.

🚫 UNACCEPTABLE PRACTICES
Agreeing on Results Without Playing – Falsified results = 1-year ban for all involved
Time Management & Slow Play:
• 1st: Verbal Warning
• 2nd: Written Warning
• 3rd: -25 points (Yellow Card)
• 4th+: -50 points (Red Card)
Penalties carry across rounds
Conceding a Game:
Opponent awarded full points
Conceding player receives 0
