About this Event
Join DC Bird Alliance for Warblerpalooza at Rock Creek Park, where spring migration is in full swing.
This area of Rock Creek Park offers rich woodland habitat that attracts a wide variety of warblers and other migratory birds. During peak season, the trees come alive with movement and song, making it one of the best places in DC to experience migration up close.
We’ll move at a relaxed, beginner-friendly pace, pausing often to listen, look, and share tips for spotting and identifying warblers by sight and sound. Whether you’re new to birding or returning for another migration season, this walk is a chance to tune in and experience the magic of spring.
