General registration closes on September 15th - hence the end date of this "event" - the actual event happens on October 5th, as advertised.

Field Team Max Size: 20 fighters

Mens:

Squad registration: 8 fighters: $250 - Since most melee teams are 8 fighters, we felt this was the easiest way for teams to create rosters. If you want to send a full team of 20, please register two 8 fighter squads and four individuals. More details below

Individual Registration: $40

Femmes:

Teams that register two squads will be fielded together if they desire, otherwise, they go in a pool for match selection. Mercs / Individuals can request a team to be assigned to at registration, otherwise they go into a pool to be assigned randomly.

Tournament format: best of three rounds, round-robin style.
