We are wishing you all a peaceful Holiday Season, and given number of activities most of us have scheduled this time of year, we have decided not to have a December Potluck & Meeting, but mark your calendars for the two wonderful WAPF events this January 2026 below!
But first . . .
Florida is considering major changes to school vaccine requirements, and your voice is urgently needed (BEFORE DECEMBER 12th!). If you or your loved ones have experienced harm from the chickenpox, hepatitis B, Hib, or pneumococcal vaccines, now is the time to share your story.
You can take action in two ways:

Chapter January Potluck & Meeting, Sunday January 18th 1-4pm at Eagles Nest Community Garden, 6920 Immokalee Rd, Naples
Join us and invite family, friends and neighbors to our next gathering at Eagles Nest Community Garden in North Naples. Be sure to arrive by 1:30pm (if possible), turn right and park on the west side of the church near the garden, and you'll see our WAPF sign on the door to the multi-purpose room. Bring a nutrient-dense dish to share (click here for inspiration), an index card with ingredients and any possible allergens, and a serving utensil for your dish. Also be sure to bring a hat, sunscreen, water and outdoor shoes, and maybe gardening gloves, as you'll have the opportunity to meet and learn from Dirk DeVille, the inspiration behind Eagles Nest Community Garden, owner of Dirk N' Suns Nursery, active member of Naples Agorist & Permaculture Club, and now a member and valuable resource for our Naples & Collier County WAPF Chapter. After we share our homemade, nutrient-dense meal together, Dirk will explain the Well Watered Garden Project and how you can get involved, meet new people and learn how to garden in our SWFL soil and climate at the Eagles Nest Community Garden on Saturday mornings from 9 to 11am. Save The Date! Friday January 16th, 6 to10pm Farm-To-Table Carnivore & Ancestral Nutrition Gathering with Dr. Shawn Baker

On Friday January 16th from 6 to 10pm, Naples WAPF Member Lindsey Brown will be hosting a private farm-to-table carnivore and ancestral nutrition gathering at her home in North Naples, featuring Dr. Shawn Baker and locally sourced nose-to-tail ingredients. This event also serves as the official social pre-event for Bitcoin Day on Saturday, bringing together those who value nutrient-dense traditional foods, regenerative farming, and metabolic health.
