On Friday 27th September, Mike is presenting a masterclass in the skills of successful habit formation, with an in-depth introduction and teaching into the amazing Tiny Habits® System of behaviour modification.

You'll learn simple, but incredibly effective skills to make long-lasting, positive changes in your life quickly and permanently.

Think of it as a hugely undemanding, but effective mini-course, that's so easy to apply, it almost seems like stealing.

It isn't of course ;~} What it is, is research-backed, empirically validated science, developed in the behaviour design faculty at Stanford University.

In less than one week, you'll learn everything you need to know about this breakthrough method of behaviour change.

And how to apply it's simple go-to protocols can be successfully applied to any aspect of your personal and professional life.

Tiny Habits is an easy-to-learn, hard-to-forget method that can improve your performance, productivity and well-being. For good, forever.



Syllabus.This unique, accelerated workshop comes in two parts:

Module 1:

Delivered live on Zoom on Friday 27th September this will be a fun, fast-paced 90 minute orientation and coaching session into the Tiny Habits Method.

In this session you will learn EVERYTHING, you need to know.

The models, methods to apply, and maxims to live by. How to both design and live your habits, and quickly get better at anything you choose to focus on.

Module 2:

Over the following week, we’ll consolidate and ramp up your new-found behaviour design and habit skills, with a compact, 5 day, Monday-Friday email and web component of customised support as you practice your Tiny Habits in real life.

During this week, Mike will guide you every step of the way as you create new, positive changes into your life, on your way to building the rock-solid full-big habits you're looking for.

btw: This 2nd part of the course only requires you to commit just 5 minutes a day to absolutely nail the method, taking almost nothing out of your day, those 5 momentous minutes could change everything.

As you can tell this is no ordinary training. Because this is no ordinary system.

Aimed primarily at freelancers, founders, Companies of One, and Work-From-Homers in the creative industries.

[Though to be honest anybody who wants to live a happier, healthier, wealthier life, is my target audience.]

<h4>About your coach: Mike Coulter.</h4>

After an award-winning career as an advertising copywriter, Mike was an early, very early, adopter and advocate of social media. (He was the 11,700th person to spot the potential of and sign up for Twitter in 2006.)

Creative Director on the legendary ‘Side Projects Report’ from The Do Lectures, and more recently the 'DO Manifesto Course', it was Mike's fun, but demanding workload at The DO, that motivated him to train and qualify as an enthusiastic evangelist, ambassador and coach for the ground-breaking Tiny Habits method of behaviour change.

He is now one of the few officially recognised Tiny Habits coaches in the UK and fully accredited and endorsed by Professor BJ Fogg PhD. And the only track-record CD in the entire world trained in both Behaviour Design and the Tiny Habits® Method.

Where did the Tiny Habits® Method come from?

The Tiny Habits Method of Behaviour Change was created over a decade ago by legendary Stanford University Professor BJ Fogg PhD.

Recognised as the world's leading expert in how to change human behaviour, BJ Fogg is one of the most influential voices in Silicon Valley.

His ground-breaking models and methods of Behaviour Design are applied in many of the apps, products and services we all use every day.

In 2011 he took what he knew about human behaviour in a professional setting and applied these models and methods into his own life.

Creating a whole host of positive new habits quickly and effectively, this was the start of what was to become the Tiny Habits Method, a global phenomenon of personal development.

He even found time along the way to write the New York Times best selling book 'Tiny Habits, The Small Changes that Change Everything'.
