We'll begin our journey at 4:44 PM with a short breathwork session to center ourselves, clear our minds, and open our hearts to the wonderful beings joining us for this journey.
At 5:00 we will be having an introductory Flow of Animal Movement. After a brief introduction to a few of the most healing Animal Movement sequences, we will begin the dance where share with people how to explore and incorporate these new healthy movement patterns into their own rythm
While we dance and practice activating these kinetic chains our animal movements, we welcome you to take part in our Community Chalk Art Project. At 6:00 our bodies will be dropped in, activated and ready for the One Sound Drum Circle. Come feel the vibrations resonate through you in this collective heartbeat that One Sound Drum Circle awakens us to… Come honor the ancient reverberations of our ancestors prayers with us as we Dance and Play with all our wonderful Flow Toys on the water during the Sunset…
Once the drumming wraps up and Luna shows her bright, beautiful light, we'll transition to our Fire Flow Jam… Join your fellow Fire Dragon Sangha as we illuminate the Night with the fire of our souls flow… Remember to bring something comfy and cozy as it is getting cooler at night with the lake breeze… Relax and connect Under the Stars as Luna sends her blessings into the water for us...
