Get out of your mind and in the outdoors with us for a moderate wellbeing hike where we wander, wonder and connect together!
About this Event

Where & What? 🤩

· Circular hike around Ringstead Bay taking in the picturesque scenes of the Jurassic Coast.

· Approx 4.4 miles, approx. 4hrs including picnic and swim stop (or as long as it takes).

· There will be moderate inclines. We will always support each other throughout but please make sure you’re in good health and fitness to join.

· Stops for snacks, picnic, scenic photo opportunities

· Optional sea dip midway through the hike at picnic spot at Ringstead Bay - this is at everybody’s individual discretion & risk to swim

Parking 🚗

· Initial meeting point - Ringstead Bay National Trust car park, postcode DT2 8NQ. There are two different car parks for Ringstead Bay please make sure you go to the right one - National Trust.

· Parking charges apply: £5 for 3 hours and £6.60 for all day

What to Bring?

· Supportive walking boots or hiking trainers with good grip

· Comfortable outdoor weather appropriate clothing

· Sun protection and hat if sun forecasted

· 1-2 litres of water and snacks

· Appropriate layers for changing weather conditions

· Swimwear if planning to swim, advised bringing swim shoes if you own them

Other Information🐶

· Dog friendly for active pooches but goes without saying to be mindful of your dog’s limitations, weather conditions and to bring water. Will also need to be on lead for parts of walk due to edges and livestock.
