Wander Grooves Silent Disco

DESCRIPTION

Get your heart pumping while learning some fresh hip hop moves—outside, under the open sky! This unique silent disco experience blends cardio fitness with the joy of dance, giving you a full-body workout that feels more like a party than exercise.

We’ll build a routine step by step. Starting with just 4 counts of choreography at a time, you’ll add on progressively until, by the end, you’re dancing a full routine to the music. No pressure to be perfect—this class is about having fun, moving your body, and enjoying the beat, not nailing every step.

No dance experience required—just grab a pair of our silent disco headphones, immerse yourself in the music, and let the natural surroundings inspire your movement.

Expect to sweat, smile, and leave with fresh energy and maybe even a new favorite move to show off on the dance floor!

LOGISTICS

Check-In (up to 15 min before start time)

• Arrive early to pick up your silent disco headset.
• Get settled, find your space, and get ready to move.
• Important: If you’re running more than 10 minutes late, please come to the next event to ensure the class starts smoothly.

Warm-Up (1 song – about 5 min)

• Light dynamic stretches and basic grooves to wake up the body.
• Focus on loosening up and connecting with the beat.

Choreography Building (40–45 min)

• Learn the routine progressively, 4 counts at a time.
• Each new segment is added onto what you’ve learned before.
• Energy stays high with hip hop cardio drills woven in.

Practice the Routine (5–10 min)

• Run the full routine a few times start to finish.
• Focus on fun, flow, and expression—perfection not required!

Cool Down & Stretch (5–10 min)

• Gentle stretches to release tension.
• Centering breathwork to leave refreshed and grounded.
• Return headphones and groove throughout the rest of your day!
