Join the Veteran "Walk A Mile or More" (WAMM) group at the Milwaukee VA Medical Center, in-person, building 111, 3rd floor rec hall, room 3435, 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Wednesdays.
The group meets in three times a week for about an hour of exercise.
Tuesdays and Thursdays are virtual; Wednesdays WAMM meets at Milwaukee VA to go on walks.

The program is free and open to all Veterans enrolled in VA health care.
