Waller County Crime Stoppers Car Show

The Rules and Regulations for the Waller County Crime Stoppers Inc. Car Show Fundraiser are as follows:

1. Each participant must fill out the entry form and sign the release form before being allowed entry into the show. The registration fee is $25 per entry.

2. Winners will be announced by 2:00 pm on the day of the event.

3. No alcoholic beverages are to be consumed or served at this event

4. Participants are responsible for any and event supplies including but not limited to tables, chairs tents, and signs.

5. Participants are responsible for leaving a clean area at closing.

6. Window cards will be provided/ and shall be placed on the dashboard for judging purposes.

Please fill out the following and turn it in preferably 1 week prior to the event. Registration and payment can be completed at the time of the event, as well.

Car Show is Saturday April 13, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM with access for participants starting at 9:00 AM

Donations will be accepted, but not required. You can donate here on line. Please make all checks payable to Waller County Crime Stoppers Inc. Credit cards will be accepted the day of the event. Release of Liability: I assume complete responsibility for my vehicle and any contents of personal property contained within. I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless and release from any and all liability the Waller County Crime Stoppers Inc., and their respective officers, agents, employees, assigns, and all persons acting by, through, or under them, and any other sponsors or producers of the Car Show fundraiser for any injury, damage, theft, or other loss of property which may occur during the course of this event. I agree to allow photographs or images of the vehicle for future advertising and/or promotion and to abide by all rules related to the event.
