Support Portsmouth Public Art (SPPA) presents the inaugural Wall Street Mural Festival! This festival is a celebration of the artists and subcultures that have made street art what it is today.
COST
FREE and Open to the Public!
FREE street parking available on the 900 - 1000 block of High St.
MAIN EVENT
Muralists will be challenged to paint 10 walls in the alleyway of Portsmouth’s “Wall Street”. Witness as they finish painting live the day-of the event. A winner will be determined by a panel of judges receiving a $500 grand prize. There will also be a prize for the “People’s Choice” award, where spectators vote for their favorite mural.

- Skateboard Competition hosted by Hard Times Skate Shop

WALL STREET MARKETPLACE
Shop local artists, creators, makers and vendors at their pop-up booths onsite.
FOOD & DRINKS
Food trucks, beer, wine, and refreshments available for purchase.
TRANSPORTATION / PARKING
Wall Street Mural Festival is a part of the city's Celebrate the District Day. A free shuttle connects all the event sites from 12 PM - 4 PM. The sites include the Portsmouth Olde Towne Farmers Market, free admission to five museusms (not the Children's Museum), the Spring Arts/Crafts Market along with Portsmouth Palooza, and to businesses up and down High Street. Parking for Mural Fest is available on High Street, in the lot across High Street (near Hatton) or park in one of the garages and take the free shuttle. It runs every 20 minutes.
