AAAinA is pleased to announce an off-site program with artists Ami Lien and Carissa Rodriguez hosted at MoMA PS1 on Friday, February 14th at 4 - 5:30pm. The tour will include a walkthrough of the exhibition, Offerings for Escalante followed by a conversation between Lien and Rodriguez at the collaborative exhibition portion of the larger show. Offerings for Escalante shares the works of artist duo Ami Lien and Enzo Camacho and is their first major US museum exhibition.
There are a limited number of tickets for this event, so please RSVP to secure your participation. For those of you who are available, we recommend arriving at the museum at 3pm to view the documentary film (within the exhibition) prior to the walkthrough. The film has a run time of 56 minutes and begins on the hour.

Participant Bios
Enzo Camacho & Ami Lien are based between New York, Manila, and Berlin. Solo exhibitions of their work have been held at the Glasgow Gallery of Modern Art; Center for Contemporary Art Berlin; Para Site, Hong Kong; Kunstverein Freiburg; 47 Canal, New York; and Green Papaya Art Projects, Quezon City, Philippines. They have been included in group exhibitions at Tai Kwun Contemporary, Hong Kong; the Asia Pacific Triennial, Queensland Art Gallery, Brisbane; the New Museum Triennial, New York; the EVA International, Limerick; Manifesta 13, Marseille; the Drawing Center, New York; the Kuandu Museum of Fine Arts, Taipei; the Brunei Gallery, SOAS University of London; the NTU Center for Contemporary Art, Singapore; UCCA Center for Contemporary Art, Beijing; Jim Thompson Art Center, Bangkok; and Green Papaya Art Projects, Manila. They are currently Senior Fellows at the Lunder Institute of American Art at Colby College.
Carissa Rodriguez (b. 1970, New York) and lives and works in New York. Solo institutional exhibitions include Kunstverein Munich (2024), Art Institute of Chicago (2020), Walker Art Center (2019), MIT List Visual Arts Center (2018), SculptureCenter (2018), and the Wattis Institute (2015). Rodriguez participated in the Whitney Biennials of 2014 and 2019 at the Whitney Museum of American Art. She holds a B.A. in Literature from The New School, New York (1994) and attended the Whitney Museum Independent Study Program (2001-2). From 2018-2022, Rodriguez was professor at Harvard University in the Department of Art, Film and Visual Studies and is a two-time recipient of Harvard’s Film Study Center Fellowship (2019 and 2020). Rodriguez is the recipient of the Foundation for Contemporary Art Grant (2018) and the Artists & Mothers Grant (2024). Museum collections include the Whitney Museum, Walker Art Center and The Metropolitan Museum of Art where her film The Maid is currently on view through 2025.
