Our first walk is to Hurstwood, setting off from Burnley Bus Station at 10:30am.
This isn’t about fitness. It isn’t about how far or how fast you can walk. It’s about getting out, clearing your head, meeting people and knowing you don’t have to deal with everything on your own.
